We are omitting from the schema and the indexing function several node fields (e.g. $node->sticky) which might be useful for searching or sorting.

This patch adds boolean fields in the Solr index for promote, moderate, sticky, tnid, translate, and changes the already-included status and language from an integer to a boolean.

It works, killed solr process, replaced patched schema.xml, restarted, deleted the index from within Drupal and reindexed. Solr now responds to parameters like bq=sticky:true^10.0 which shows sticky nodes at the beginning of search results.

It'd be interesting to include these on/off settings as facets. Other solr implementations have them show as checkboxes (like "Show only available items" in library catalogs).
