the possibility of separation of the import process like phpMyAdmin (for import CSV to DB)
to avoid server timeout.

Best thing to do would be to set up a batch process.
The image_import module in the image package does this.

6.x-1.1 does not uses batch, but should no longer time out. If you think this is not true, reopen the issue with following information: your PHP version, type of file and content type, and PHP memory limit.
