When submitting a new image to a new post, Image Assist can't select the current group as audience when it should. Instead it shows audience checkboxes.

That's because the Image node creation form in Image Assist's popup window does not know of any Organic Groups context.

I'm afraid this cannot be fixed within the current architecture of Image Assist.
