I've installed adsense module to show adsense on my site but it shows placeholders to visitors.
I've disabled placeholder option but result is the same!

You have one of the following problems:

- You did not configure your Google client ID correctly (it is empty).
- You are logged in as admin. Log off and see if the ads display.
- You did not clear the cache (execute DELETE FROM CACHE; in PHPMyAdmin).

Look in the HTML source, and you will find some comments with adsense in it that will give you a clue.
