The module description says it "allows for node associations with taxonomy terms". This is a feature that makes this module more useful than simply for adding taxonomy based breadcrumbs. I first decided against using it, thinking I had to implement this manually, until I was told that it actually has this feature. I'd brag about this on the project page if I was the maintainer ;)
Other than that, no complaints :)
