Hi,
To view the title and tabs I had to change lines 41 and 42 in page.tpl.php

	<?=$title? '<h1 class="title">'. $title .'</h1>' : ''; ?>
	<?=$tabs? '<div class="tabs">'. $tabs .'</div>' : ''; ?>
