As an anonymous user, clicking "My issues" returns a page with all issues with the title "Issues for All". In the D5 version, one would get an "Access denied" message. While I think this is an improvement, it can be somewhat misleading.

Perhaps swapping the menu item "My issues" with "All issues" for anonymous users be a good idea?

Decided it was best to just hide this page entirely for anonymous users unless they provide a user argument to the URL. Committed the fixes to HEAD and deployed on d.o. As anonymous, compare these two:
