Like Imagecache integration could be usefull one dedicated to Image module. In particola with Image Attach givin a better control upon the image format loaded.

Rotor2 allows you to rotate through any content you like, not just rotor item. You could create your own node type, and attach images using any means you see fit. Rotation is powered by a Views plugin and is very flexible. For more information about Rotor2, please see this thread. Rotor1 will not contain any additional functionality - bug fixes only I'm afraid.
