Description:
The Matrix API settings page now requires the restricted `administer matrix api` permission instead of `access administration pages`.
After updating, rebuild Drupal caches (`drush cr`). Administrator roles retain access automatically. Explicitly grant **Administer Matrix API** to trusted non-administrator roles that need to manage the integration, and export role configuration if using configuration management.
Existing `access administration pages` grants are not automatically migrated. No database update is required for this change.
