Problem/Motivation

When a node has the Owner group selected and the author is anonymous, the node is effectively public.

Steps to reproduce

Assign Owner group
Set author to anonymous
Hit page as anonymous user

Proposed resolution

Dont grant access to anonymous when owner uid = 0
