Description:
When an image style is created through the administrative UI, a "Convert" effect to WebP is now added automatically, if the active image toolkit supports WebP. Site builders can remove the effect after the style is created. Image styles created programmatically (e.g. ImageStyle::create()) or via config import are not affected.
