Problem/Motivation

FieldFormatterSource keeps the cache data of the rendered field, but not its #attached. Libraries and drupalSettings that a formatter adds to the whole field are lost. Some formatters do this, for example Paragraphs and Layout Paragraphs.

Proposed resolution

We could copy the field's #attached onto the items the source returns.
