Problem/Motivation

In #3622941: Copy icons into toolbar we are copying the core icons to Toolbar module as that is the only placed they are used.

Once that issue lands we can delete those 30, plus 28 more, unused icons from core:

All these have no references remaining, and I believe postcss-url would error if it tried to inline an SVG that didn't exist.
