Problem/Motivation

The changed content drush command currently assumes that the affected public url is the same as the url of the node that was updated, but it's possible a site may have node types that are designed to be embedded into other nodes and the affected public url would be the url of the node where the embedded type appears.

Proposed resolution

Add optional integration with the entity_usage module to support better reporting for embedded node types.
