Description:
\Drupal\package_manager\ValidationResult::$severity (int) is deprecated. Use the new $severityEnum of type \Drupal\Core\Extension\Requirement\RequirementSeverity.
ValidationResult::getOverallSeverity() is deprecated. Use the new ValidationResult::getOverallSeverityEnum(), which returns a RequirementSeverity instead of an int.
Constructing a ValidationResult with an int severity is also deprecated. Pass a RequirementSeverity enum case instead.
This follows up on #3410938: Create enums for RequirementSeverity and deprecate drupal_requirements_severity() constants, which added the RequirementSeverity enum.
