Description: 

RssPluginBase::__construct() has two new parameters: $language_manager and $entity_repository. Both are nullable with a NULL default for backwards compatibility.

Modules that extend RssPluginBase and call parent::__construct() directly must add the two new arguments.

Before:

public function __construct(array $configuration, $plugin_id, $plugin_definition, EntityTypeManagerInterface $entity_type_manager, EntityDisplayRepositoryInterface $entity_display_repository) {

After:

public function __construct(array $configuration, $plugin_id, $plugin_definition, EntityTypeManagerInterface $entity_type_manager, EntityDisplayRepositoryInterface $entity_display_repository, ?LanguageManagerInterface $language_manager = NULL, ?EntityRepositoryInterface $entity_repository = NULL) {
