Changing the name of mini panel doesn't refresh correct path.
I.E.:
1. Go to your mini panel /admin/panels/panel-mini/my_name_1/edit-general
2. Change the name
3. Instead of going to the new path (/admin/panels/panel-mini/my_new_name/edit-general) you will see empty data because of the old path

Panels 2 is no longer available and is unsupported. Marking all Panels 2 issues won't fix.
