This is a module to transform the data.json file of a DCAT-US 1.1-based DKAN site into a minimally-compliant DCAT-US 3.0 inventory. It does not modify actual content or data in the database, but is intended as a bridge module to provide a compliant endpoint while more comprehensive DCAT-US 3.0 support is explored.
