[1.15.0] Remove red-marianne color utilities (removed upstream)

Problem/Motivation

🐛 Retrait du red-marianne des classes utilitaires de couleur, de background, et de bordure, leur utilisation n'étant pas autorisée. #1385

Removed upstream from utility.css. To clean up:

• ui_suite_dsfr.ui_styles.yml: 10 entries (fr-background-action-high/alt/contrast--red-marianne, fr-text-action-high/inverted/label/title--red-marianne, fr-border-default/plain--red-marianne, plus one previewed_with reference).
• ui_suite_dsfr.icons.yml: remove the 4 red-marianne options from the color enum of the "dsfr" icon pack (action-high, inverted, label, title).

Not affected: pictogram colors (fr-artwork--red-marianne still exists upstream) and the palette in ui_suite_dsfr.info.yml.

Sites using these options keep the class in their config, it just won't be styled anymore. Worth a line in the release notes.
