Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11.4 deprecated views_ui_build_form_url and it's no longer available (though it still exists in the code). This is used by the NumericArray field.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a view
  2. Add a Numeric Array field
  3. Observe error

Proposed resolution

Add a function_exists for views_ui_build_form_url and if not present, use $this->moduleHandler->loadInclude('views_ui', 'inc', 'admin');.
