Problem/Motivation

In the current dev version, phpstan is reporting

TestEntityMappingWebformHandler.php: parameters 4 & 5 of __construct() are not optional.

Remaining tasks

Look at how __construct() is being called, and determine how to supply the parameters. I'm assigning this to myself because I intend to work on it right away.
