I would like to surface some hooks which Nextide uses into the core of Maestro and make them permanent.

They are pre and post execute hooks for both interactive and non-interactive task types. This provides a moment in time to trap execution directly before and directly after execution of a task.

Interactive tasks will have to wait for the next orchestrator execution for the post execute hook to execute.
