13.0.0
Introduced in version:
Description:
The social_group_secret module and its submodule social_secret_group_featured have been removed in Open Social 13.
What changed
- The Secret group type no longer exists.
- Existing Secret groups are automatically migrated to Flexible groups during database updates by social_group_update_13001. No manual data migration is required.
Who is affected
Any site running Secret groups on 12.x that upgrades to 13.x.
Action required
Upgrade directly to 13.0.2 or later. Earlier 13.0.x releases can fail to bootstrap because the modules stay registered after their files are removed.
Impacts:
Site builders, administrators, editors
Module developers
Site templates, recipes and distribution developers
