Description: 

Video and audio file embed elements now include the "preload" attribute when using file formatters extending FileMediaFormatterBase, defaulting to "metadata" which hints the browser to only load the media metadata. The new field is added into the configuration form and the summary of FileVideoFormatter and FileAudioFormatter.
