Problem/Motivation

As a maintainer of too many modules, I like to reduce the lift where I can. One is in keeping the code related documentation up-to-date. I do this by having the README be the content from the project page and serve as the project help (this module already does this part)

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  • Make the README match the project page's content
  • Convert the README to .md
  • Alter hook help to pull in the .md rather than .txt
  • Add some details about the new hours tracking.
  • Fix any outdated info about the module.

Remaining tasks

After this code it merged, use the magic button on the project page edit form to pull in the README.
