Problem/Motivation

It would be nice to assign people to a ticket as a cohort or a watcher. So far only a user can make themselves a watcher, but there does not seem to be a way to add watchers. Making the watcher field exposed in the form or display does not seem to work.

It would be nice if when you palce the watchers field on the "manage form" if you could see the watchers and ad or remove them.
