Problem/Motivation

Currently when a task related email is sent to watchers, it only includes the task id, which tells you the Project it is associated with but is not meaningful enough to convey the human title of the task.

As a watcher on the ticket I would like to have the email include the task title so that I understand the task notification without having to go see the ticket.
