Problem/Motivation

The objective for this recipe is to:
- apply on top of commerce_recipe_core
- install the commerce_product_alternative module
- enable commerce_product_alternative trait on all product variation types
- alter commerce cart form view and add the alternative variations column
- when installed on kickstart/belgrade: add default kickstart styling to CTAs
