Drop social_auth_twitter references (removed in the 9.2.x Drupal 11 line)

Problem/Motivation

Varbase 9.2.x drops drupal/social_auth_twitter (X/Twitter API removal), but the profile's legacy build.xml Phing build script still contains a leftover exec step that enables it, which fails on the 9.2.x branch since the module is no longer a dependency.

Steps to reproduce

Run the profile build via build.xml on a 9.2.x checkout and inspect the social authentication exec steps.

Proposed resolution

Remove the single leftover <exec command="${drush} en social_auth_twitter --yes" dir="${docroot}" /> line from build.xml.
