Problem/Motivation

When viewing the sidebar admin menu in its collapsed state, it creates a confusing interface because is uses the same icon as /admin/people

It also has no description, so when you hover over the admin people you get "Manage user accounts, roles and permissions. When you hover over CRM you get no helpful guidance.

I've always found the core icons to be a bit confusing too. This doesn't help! Perhaps the icon should just be the letters "CRM".

Or a roladex card (though that may be a dated reference that doesn't have meaning to younger population) 😕

I like the idea of a roladex. I already made an icon. I am prepared to change it if someone provides a roladex icon.
