Problem/Motivation

The changes in #3604355: Sponsor teaser display is tied to the name of the Sponsorship tiers are meant to use the sponsor level as sorted, rather than assumed names for the tiers.

Proposed resolution

Update the sort values for the current Sponsor Level terms, and then update the configuration of the sponsors and jobs views to use the sorting within the taxonomy for their groupings.
