As I select Pakistan, then state field is not showing. It's not working for many countries. Please look into it and share solution.

The Address module relies on commerceguys/addressing for country→state data, and Pakistan's provinces/states simply aren't in that dataset. This is expected behavior, not a bug.

You can open a PR at commerceguys/addressing to add Pakistan's subdivisions as well as for other countries.
