Problem/Motivation
While we wait to see how / where #3600721: Request funding for Luma Plus lands, in the meantime, broadcasting our sessions over livestream would be one way to get the word out that doesn't require using up Luma invites.
It also seems like this would save on some administrivia that's currently required to wait around for Zoom recordings, manually trim them, manually upload them, etc.
Proposed resolution
[X] Figure out how to do this (Zoom livestreams, YouTube-native 'webcam' livestreams, OBS)
[X] Figure out an evergreen livestream URL https://www.youtube.com/live/Ko9WGvQw3XQ
[X] Test it solo
[X] Write it up https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai_learners/-/blob/1.0.x/LIVESTREAM.m...
Remaining tasks
[ ] Test it privately, with more than just me :)
[ ] Test it publicly (GULP! :))

amber himes matzI think we figured it out using Zoom's livestream to YouTube button/feature.
The main gotcha for me was realizing that my personal Google account has access to the D.A.'s Channel. It was helpful for me to switch to that account in my browser before using the livestream button in Zoom. When I did that, I was able to choose the Drupal Association channel as the destination for the livestream.
