Problem/Motivation

Issue identified by codex:

APNs 410 failures are logged as “401 timestamp.”
 /dev/apns_php/src/Service/ApnsPhpMessagingApi.php:83 calls get410Timestamp() but labels it 401. Logging tests only verify that a warning occurred, not its contents.
