'FB.UI' [undefined] Error [#359614]

The module is not working. I see this error in when I check the console in Safari (and Firebug in Firefox)...

"Result of expression 'FB.UI' [undefined] is not an object."

Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks!

(Running 6.9 with caching disabled and the FB platform php files properly installed, etc.)
