Problem/Motivation

The Tugboat demo landing page (built by .tugboat/setup.php) opens with "This is a live, single-site demo of the Personal Data Vault (pdv) Drupal 11 module" as plain text, with no way to reach the project page from the preview.

Proposed resolution

Link the module name to https://www.drupal.org/project/pdv (the body uses basic_html, which permits the anchor).
