Request you to please let us know the reason and unblock the account.

    It was an automatic block caused by code that checks when an account is created. For what I recall, JavaScript must be allowed in the account registration form and in the login form. If there is an AD blocker, it should be disabled on those forms, or the account could be blocked.

    I re-enabled the account.

    Now that this issue is closed, review the contribution record.
