I am a Drupal developer working on Drupal 8 sites professionally. I am actively contributing to the Drupal community and plan to participate in issue queues, report bugs, and contribute patches for modules I use in my projects.

The post throttling is slowing down my ability to participate effectively in issue queues. I would appreciate having the confirmed user role so I can contribute without restrictions.
