Problem/Motivation

The list of example modules implemented in various projects is created by the data returned from hook_example_info(), which is then cached in a cache item that uses the examples:modules_list tag.

Proposed resolution

The examples:modules_list tag should be invalidated when new modules are installed, or when modules are uninstalled.
