i'm upgrading my site from drupal 5 to drupal 6
so i disabled fckeditor and imce , then upgrade drupal to 6, everything works fine
then i uploaded the drupal 6 version of fckeditor and imce to my site
and re-enable the two modules
fckeditor works fine, but the imce browser is not showing up
it's just a blank page both through the fckeditor or directly open imce in my profile page
not even a single line of html is there

so i disabled the two modules and uninstall them
then re-install both of them, still the same problem

anyone please help...
i have faced the same issue before when i tried to upgrade from drupal 5 to 6 on another site

fixed by fixing a bug when loading javascript files in my theme
seems that better makes the javascipt called at the beginning of the page
and create directories only using the tool provided by IMCE
