At present, visibility of the publisher, subscriber and Content Hub is limited. It is difficult for CA3 administrators to:

Confirm whether events were triggered
Identify where a failure occurred (subscription, publish, API, or consumer)
Diagnose root causes efficiently

Improved logging and observability are required to support operational monitoring, debugging, and confidence in data flows.
