Problem/Motivation

The website Logo needs to be configurable in order to allow other communities to use the repository and to fully localize the website to their splash awards brand.

The idea: Turn the text into a configurable component so that Splash Awards Germany and Austria can be turned easily into Splash Awards Netherlands or Splash Awards International.
