Problem/Motivation

The field settings form has many missing form elements as of #3583777: Move Services under Service namespace.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the latest commit dbfbc50a.
  2. Visit the field settings form.
  3. Observe the warnings and missing elements.
  4. Install one commit back.
  5. Observe the field settings form restored.

I need to circle back around to re-creating this bug. I'd since moved forward with the one-back commit and moved on. Note to self: I'd had require_on_publish and conditional_fields installed and was tinkering with required_on_publish bug fixes at the time. Will try to find time soon to recreate this.
