GitLab issues are now called work items and URLs changed
https://docs.gitlab.com/user/work_items

Some of our integrations look for "issues" in the URL to validate things, and that's not working now.

Steps to reproduce

Add https://git.drupalcode.org/project/contribution_records/-/work_items/356... to the related/parent issue.
