Problem/Motivation

We need a bulk unpublish api hook to support safedelete 1.0.85

Steps to reproduce

Install and configure safedeleete ^1.0.85
Install and configure moderated_content_bulk_publish 2.0.50 (now available)
bulk unpublish something that normally would throw a validation message from the node edit form .
Prior to 2.0.50 an error would be thrown when bulk unpublishing and using safedelete 1.0.85.
