Equivalent issue to #3559202 but for different formatter - FileDownloadLinkFormatter

Steps to reproduce

Use the FileDownloadLinkFormatter on a file that doesn't exist on the filesystem.

Proposed resolution

ensure that size is an int even if zero instead of NULL.

merged into dev, remind me to cut a tagged release if I haven't done so in a reasonable amount of time (a couple weeks max).
