Problem/Motivation

Sometimes, it is might be difficult to check for a workspace with ID. Remembering the label of the workspace is more easy. This becomes even tougher because the wse module when enabled assigns random UUID as the workspace ID on workspace creation.

Proposed resolution

Make workspace resolution more generic and centralized for the tools.
