Motivation

When adding a dev-server as frontend fora CSR theme, we need to update content registration. Same when adding a new frontend.

Proposed resolution

- When the lupus decoupled form is used to change the frontend-base url we should get a friendly message asking us whether we want to update "Canvas Component Index". The message should have an "Update" action link so it can be directly done.
- Provide a config action to do it manually
