When add a paragraph from library get an error "block is broken or missing"

Problem/Motivation

When add a paragraph from library through layout builder, throws an error "block is broken or missing", this happens because node saves ID from paragraph library instead of actual paragraph content, this leads to Drupal trying to display the paragraph library ID instead of actual paragraph ID.

Steps to reproduce

Add a new paragraph from library to your node, then on layout builder add that paragraph, you will see an error "block is broken or missing"
