Tiny MCE

Hi
I have a problem with Tiny MCE
I have installed it but when I enable it and try to post a comment it says
"Comment Field is required" when save is clicked. If you click save again it saves fine.
Also when you embed a picture or a smiley in the comment it will show them in the Tiny MCE edit box
but will not show when you click save. But if you click edit it does show up in the box ?

Any help would be great.
